Participants will then be challenged to put these strategies into place by participating in the Gateway Crowdfunding Challenge and, between November 14th and December 19th working to raise a minimum of £2,500 from 50 donors to help fund their projects.Following this, participants will become permanent members of GlobalGiving’s crowdfunding platform, which will provide access to a range of benefits, as well as corporate and philanthropic grants. They will also become eligible to take part in match funding campaigns and bonus days, where funds are matched either 50% or 100%.In addition to these financial benefits, they will also be able to access skilled volunteers from GlobalGiving’s corporate partners, take part in a mentoring scheme and participate in monthly learning webinars on different organisational aspects, from fundraising to communications, to ICT and security.More information and how to apply is available at: www.globalgiving.co.uk/join.
